Do I HAVE TO STICK TO THE SAME SESSION TIMES EACH WEEK ?

No - You get full access to all of our 30 group sessions we run and you can book them on the days and times what suit you the most.

CAN I COME TO SESSIONS WITH A INJURY ?

Generally speaking yes its fine as we can adapt our sessions to suit individual needs, however we recommend speaking with our coaches before to make sure we can accommodate.
